The essence of Entreprise 2.0

I just thought about the core business model of Enterprise 2.0. It's about giving away free services to users that will help them do their job better (e.g. yellow pages, search, collaboration etc. ) and having companies pay to put this under control so that users don't create new silos or damage the security of the corporate IT system. Simple.
