Free from spam trackbacks!

I've been spending some time in the past few days upgrading to MovableType 3.2, and it wasn't easy. But the customer support people at SixApart (Thanks Sarah) as well as OpenSourceHost (Thanks Zach) were both outstanding.

Finally I could manually remove the 33476 spam trackbacks that were plaguing my blog. Since January, I have been receiving more than 100 spam trackback each day on average, and there was nothing I could do about it, because so far, I could not install any of the plug-ins to fight against those. I felt like the owner of a house attacked by termites. When you can't fight back, you gradually come to think about leaving the house. This is certainly one of the reasons my blogging habit went downhill.

On the more positive side, my blog is listed as a reference in "KM blogs" on Wikipedia. Hey, I'm proud of it! A little egoboo doesn't hurt once in a while.
